If you love the workout you get from rock climbing but don’t have the space for a rock wall, a power climber could be the perfect exercise machine for you. They are also a great way to spice up a workout routine with different positions and movements unique to power climbers.
Power climbers are seven feet tall. Power climbers have four handles, two for the hands and two for the feet. While working out, you are at a 75-degree angle.
The user pulls down with one arm and pushes down with the opposite leg, raising the opposite arm and leg. This motion works muscles throughout the body for an awesome workout that you will keep coming back to.
