Although we can ship across Canada using third party shipping groups, our main focus is serving the people in Eastern Ontario with our warehouse pickup and local delivery options.

Here are the three options for receiving your orders:

Warehouse Pickup:

To save shipping costs, customers can stop by our shop / warehouse in Limoges to pick up their orders when they arrive. This will be on an appointment basis only. When ordering online, “customer pickup” is the default option on the payment screen. Orders are ready for pickup as soon as they are placed (unless it’s a pre-order).
We are located at 2014 Calypso St., Limoges, Ontario K0A 2M0. We are closed to the public. To arrange a pick up, give us a call or send an email and we will make an appointment.

Local Delivery:

As a small business we are focusing on what we can be great at, and that’s local distribution and customer service.

We run regular delivery routes through Ottawa and all areas in between. Anything outside of Ottawa can be arranged for additional costs. Since we do it ourselves, we are able to consolidate large numbers of deliveries onto one truck. Because of this we can offer much lower delivery rates than large national brands. It also allows us to give better customer service. We can make changes on the fly, answer questions when dropping off equipment or fix problems in person. We can also offer installation of equipment or we can pre-build products for you to save you time and effort. Delivery is a flat fee of $50 for all local deliveries within a 30 km radius from downtown Ottawa. For areas that are between 30-60 km from downtown Ottawa, the flat fee is $100. For any delivery requests that are in areas outside of the two delivery zones, a quote can be supplied via email after your order has been made. Order sizes do not affect delivery costs. If you would like to place an order for delivery, pick the “delivery quote” option in the payment portion of checkout. We will follow up with an invoice for the items you selected and the delivery charge.

Third party shipping:

We can ship via UPS or use our freight partner to ship out of area. If you are not in the Eastern Ontario, we can ship throughout all of Canada, and soon will have warehouses from coast to coast. Our local contracted shipping rates with UPS are pretty good.
